Fedor Emelianenko:"I'll be back coming soon"

After suffering their first defeat in nearly a decade, to Fabricio Werdum last Saturday at the Strikeforce, Fedor Emelianenko will use that defeat to learn and improve, with the intention of returning to action as quickly as possible.

It was what he said after the fight.

"Who does not want to lose that fight," he said, "I was quick to the attack Werdum on the ground and made a fatal mistake against a top opponent. I believe in my abilities as a fighter and I will return to training with a new vision. I will use this time to improve and come back stronger to fight in America. "

While placing the event in a new perspective, Emelianenko told reporters: "It happens because I was made an idol. Everyone loses. That happens. I am an ordinary human being like all of us are. "

Russian entrepreneurs are planning a rematch with Werdum: "Fedor is a fighter strong and nobody really expected him to lose, but struggles are struggles and we must stand up and make a new plan for the future," said co-founder of the M Global -1, Vadim Finkelchtein. "I think a rematch with Werdum is going to bring a different outcome from what we are witnessing tonight and would be of great interest for the promotion of sport. This is an opportunity to learn and evolve. "
