Vitor Belfort Back in November

UFC middleweight contender, Vitor Belfort has revealed he’ll be ready to return to action inside the octagon for the first time in over a year by November, before making it clear that he’s coming for whoever has the 185 pound title.
Speaking via Tatame Magazine, Belfort said:

“I want the belt, no matter against whom it will be. That’s what I want, that’s what the UFC wants, Dana and Lorenzo have said it so we’ll await the outcome of the fight between Anderson and Sonnen to know who will be.”

By November I’ll be ready. I am here in the U.S. and the trainings are excellent. I’m in Las Vegas training with Shawn Tompkins and have been training Jiu-Jitsu with Lucas Leite (world champion) … I’m coming back slowly but I like to train hard, always hard workout. I’m trying not to force the shoulder.”

A source close to the situation revealed to MMABay just last month that Belfort will get an immediate title shot upon his return, with the promotion deliberately holding him back for such an opportunity. Be sure the talented Brazilian will be keeping a close eye on Saturday’s affair.
