Josh Barnett in Dream


Former UFC, Pride and Affliction, Josh Barnett has signed contract with DREAM, and is expected to make its debut at the company on March 22.

The Firm was confirmed by sources closed to the company. and it is expected that the announcement is made within the next few days.

Since Barnett left UFC in 2002, Barnett was dedicated to fight in Japan where he faces several top fighters.

Among his most outstanding victories, Barnett has wins over Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Randy Couture, the last time I competed was in Affliction in January 2009.

Barnett was going to face Fedor Emelianenko in August 2009, Barnett was unable to compete after testing positive for a banned substance, which had to leave the main event, in addition to cause cancellation of his 3rd Affliction ppv and close its doors.

Barnett does not compete in MMA since that time. which has been in constant visits to the California State Athletic Commission. which have been denied a license in the state.

With this, Barnett would return to MMA in Japan. until his opponent has not been named, but according to rumors have been offered a fight with several wrestlers and none has accepted.
